Dear Sirs,

We at Orion Energy are professionals into Solar Energy Raw materials distribution for the Solar Industry and professional Consulting services to our Clients in Solar PV Manufacturing Industry in India. With an annual Sales of over US $ 5.5 Million of Solar Cells, US $ 1.35 Million of PV Module Backsheet, we are the largest suppliers of Solar Raw materials in India.

We have a requirement of Solar Grade Silicon Wafers as per the details mentioned below:

Growth Method: CZ
Dopant: P type Boron
Orientation: 100 (Not for Multicrystalline)
Resistivity: 0.5 to 3.0 Ohm - cm
Life time: >10 micro-sec for mono crystalline
> 1.50 micro-sec for multi crystalline
Taper (in thickness of Wafer) - < 20 Microns
Bow : < 60 Microns
Dimensional & Diagonal: i) 125mm X 125mm / Diagonal 150mm
ii) 156mm X 156mm / Diagonal
200 mm
Shape: Pseudo Square / Square (for Multi)
Thickness: 240 Microns +/- 30 Microns
Surface: Both Sides of Wafer, As Cut & Clean, Clean from Slurry, Cutting Oil, Grease & Epoxy. Wafer shall be completely free from any micro-crack, edge chipping, scratch, visually observable marks or mechanical damage.

Quantity: 2 Million Wafers over 12 months period for a period of 3 - 5 years.
